1. Agreement to Terms
By creating an account or accessing the Onlyfo platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use the platform.
2. Description of Service
Onlyfo provides enterprise agency workflow infrastructure designed for digital asset processing, including vector file conversion, embroidery digitizing task distribution, deadline timer tracking, and automated payout management.
3. Subscriptions, Invoicing & Payouts
Subscriptions are billed on a monthly recurring basis according to your chosen plan (Starter, Pro, Enterprise). Payout calculations for processing personnel are tracked within the system and finalized based on verified completion metrics. Onlyfo provides multi-currency billing tools allowing workspace administrators to maintain client relationship records (CRM), record dual-ledger transaction prices, and generate client invoices.
4. User Responsibilities & Asset Ownership
You retain full intellectual property ownership over all digital files and assets uploaded to your workspace. You guarantee that you possess all necessary licensing or permissions for any artwork submitted for processing.
5. API Usage & Automation
Authorized subscribers on qualifying plans or with active API extensions are granted a non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable license to access and integrate with the Onlyfo REST API. Standard fair use policies apply. Onlyfo reserves the right to throttle rate limits, suspend automated endpoints, or revoke API Bearer keys at any time if a tenant abuses endpoint protocols, transmits malicious code, or attempts to overload our infrastructure.
6. White Labeling & Intellectual Property
Tenants utilizing the White Label Branding extension warrant and represent that they possess all required legal rights, trademarks, and copyrights to any company logos, brand materials, or custom domain assets uploaded to their workspace. Onlyfo claims no ownership over tenant-uploaded branding assets and explicitly disclaims all liability for trademark or copyright infringement resulting from unauthorized tenant branding uploads.
7. Limitation of Liability
Onlyfo will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from platform downtime or third-party processor delays beyond our reasonable control.
